I don't know if this will help, but apparently we have a limit of 1GB of image storage if we upload through Blogger, but if you keep images 800x800 or under, they don't count towards that. You scared me with the quota comment, since my site is all about images, so I looked it up.
Thanks, Deborah. I think I temporarily solved my problem. It wasn't that I couldn't upload photos to my blog postings, it was that I couldn't change the photo for my header. Blogger said I reached my quota. I investigated further and it may have had something to do with my picasa web albums (who knew that was connected to blogs somehow???). I deleted an old blog and the photos associated with it, and was able to upload my new header. It doesn't make sense- that blogger would let me post a photo to my blog but not to the blog design itself... Thanks for your help! I've been bedeviled by computer issues for the past week. Hope all is quiet for a while :). Enjoy your weekend!
