Three Muses: Wheels

For this digital collage, I combined two wheel images from Google Images and added some other elements and effects. Doing this reminded me how much I love digital collage--always something new to try!

Take a Word: Plants and Insects

There are only a few types of insects I can tolerate, such as butterflies and ladybugs. Here's my lady with hair made of flowers, and ladybugs on top! Flowers are from last door down the hall. Ladybugs from Google Images. All other elements my design.

Collage Obsession: Paris

For this piece, I digitally layered a vintage Paris postcard image, a Paris map, and some French writing. Most of the images are from graphicsfairy. In playing around with different hues, I hit upon this combination, which I love.

Sunday Postcard Art: Stencils

Our challenge this week was to use stencils in our design somehow. I used several stenciled art pieces
I had created by hand, and combined them digitally with a cute little bird I once drew. I wish a bird like this would land outside my kitchen window!
