Sunday Postcard Art: Dada/ Surrealist

This was a tough one for me. Way outside my comfort zone. I basically started combining random images and let them lead me where they wanted to go (the results are creepy, I know). Subconsciously I was aware that the Dada movement expressed anti-war sentiment, so that may be in this piece somewhere too. Anyone want to offer their interpretation of this strange concoction?

I don't know about interpretation, but I like the creepiness Sherry! The 'spears' maybe are representative of the waeponry of war, and maybe you're saying we should rise above it? Great collage though!!

I love the image of the pierced egg. Very thought-provoking.

Funny, I didn't think of it as an egg at all. Maybe that's the purpose of Dada -- to let the eye of the beholder wander where it may. In any event, this is a really great surreal piece, Sherry. You've outdone yourself!! You should let your imagination roam more often!!

Great DADA art. With a little help (the hands) of everybody we can get a world in peace.
