Inspiration Avenue: Symbolic Art

Some time ago, I created a piece of Zentangle-inspired art in black and white. I realized after the fact that among the designs was an abstract Star of David, symbol of the Jewish faith. For this challenge, I took the star image, and used PSE 5 to add some of my original pattern fills. A very satisfying project.

Very clever to use your zentangle in this way. Lovely how the Star of David appeared as part of the process. It creates a pretty piece of art & is a great entry for this week's IA theme.

This is amazing. And to see the symbolism in it, is really perfect, too. To be honest, I had to hunt for the Star of David, but once I saw it, I couldn't take my eyes off it.

Great submission - Zentangles are really interesting. The colors in this are amazing - they jump off the page at me!
