This week's Three Muses Challenge is on the theme of "hats." (They announced it in advance so I'd already been working on it.) Here's my creation-- it was a lot of fun to work on.

What a gorgeous and elegant artpiece. I love the splashes of colour against the black and white pen drawings. The hats are fabulous!
