Take a Word: Blue

My mood is a bit blue today, thinking of past Father's Days. So for this challenge, I created a digital collage in memory of my late father, Harry London. I used serenely beautiful and happy shades of blue.  I love this photo of us together, smiling. We look so much alike! The background is from a Gelli print I made using a Jessica Sporn stencil of a Hebrew prayer that is very meaningful to our family.

What a lovely tribute to your Dad, Sherry. We never grow too old to remember being Daddy's girl, do we? I have a vintage book entitled "Daddy's Girl" which I keep on a small easel in my room.

This is beautiful and touching, Sherry. What a lovely photo of you and your Dad and what a great background. The Hebrew lettering in the Gelli print is superb.
