Take a Word: Travel

The image superimposed on the Shanghai map here is from the travel journal I kept while we were there, in 2008. We went there to visit our son, who was working there for the year. An amazing and colorful experience for us all!

It is amazing how you managed to transport me as a would-be traveler! I can well imagine the emotions and excitement you must have felt being able to see such incredible things. What a treat this was for me!

What a wonderful trip that must have been! I love the background map, wonderful colours and, of course, there had to be a panda in there.
Great work and no doubt great memories. At least your son was only there for a year. My only son went to England eleven years ago to further his studies and he never came home (well, except for a few short vacations).
