We were challenged to create art based on the "tramp" theme, and were given the two pictures shown above for inspiration. I found a couple more images of Charlie on Google images, and imagined him having a passion for flying. I particularly like the image I used in the background- if you look closely you can see Charlie's face peering out.

I love your collage great interpretation,in answer to question about the term 'Swagman" it is term that is used in Australia for the equivalent to the tramp, although back in the depression men who took to the road to find work (like my grandfather) were desperate to support their families.
