Art Creations Friday Challenge: Girl With Pitcher
Well, it's getting harder to keep up with all these challenges! I didn't realize how many there were, and quite a few contributors (mostly women) seem to participate in all of them-- they're an amazingly talented group. Guess I didn't know what I was getting into :)...
Here's the digital collage I did for Art Creations Friday. We were given the image of the girl carrying the water pitcher. Other image credits are: Map: graphicsfairy; willow tree: artfreebies; stone texture: Dover; stucco texture: grunge textures; flowers: miss rheas.
wowow this is GREAT! It's like a painting and the colors are amazing!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and amazing, yes. I wish I knew how to do digital art...that might be something for after winter for me to start learning!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous colors in the background. The little water girl should be quite happy in those surroundings. Good work!

ReplyDeleteThanks, all. I'm so addicted to digital collage...Carol, watch out if you start doing it! :)
ReplyDeleteSherry, you've done a beautiful job with this image. I love the art you have created. I'm glad you are doing the challenges. I have quite a long list of different challenges that I try, but not all of them every week. I try to do one a day. Or if the theme is easy, maybe two.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Faye. Your goal of one or two a day is admirable! I guess it's a good thing I'm retired! :)
ReplyDeleteI had the same feeling as you when I started participating in these challenges. But now...a year or two later..I'm still hapyy I did it.
ReplyDeleteI've learned so much from the other ladies and usual it's very inpiring to.
