"Glass" Collage

I created this digital collage for a Flickr group challenge where the theme was "Glass." The main image is from a photo I took a while ago of a colored glass window exhibit at the Boston Institute of Contemporary Art. The images of women are from Moonlight Magic Studios.

Three Muses: Eggs

No doubt this digital collage was inspired by all the rain we've been getting here in Maryland. At least it's raining water here, not eggs!

New Challenge! 52 Starlets: Maureen O'Sullivan

"Missouri's Lilac" has started a fun new challenge, using classic "starlets" as inspiration. http://starletschallenge.blogspot.com/

This week's theme is Maureen O'Sullivan, who played Jane in the early Tarzan movies. I altered a digital collage I had done some time ago (featuring a woman by Mucha surrounded by wild animals in a jungle) by adding Maureen's face. She fits right in! Most images are from Dover Designs.

Inspiration Avenue: Tropical

For this digital collage, I used a scan of a mixed media collage I created some time ago and named "Rainforest." I blended the image with a background of tropical plants from Dover Designs. A very satisfying result.
